The Wüsthof Epicure 16 cm chef’s knife half crop can handle anything! The knife has a broad and solid blade for cutting vegetables, meats and fish, but you can also use it to chop herbs. Chef’s knives are enhanced with a high blade of approximately 4 to 5 cm enabling you to place the fingers you are using to hold the food, against the side of the blade.
