The Wüsthof Classic Ikon White Chinese chef’s knife 18 cm looks like a Chinese cleaver, but it most certainly isn’t! The knife is thinner than a cleaver and can only be used to finely chop herbs and vegetables. Because of the height of the blade you can easily guide the knife with your fingers as you cut vegetables and herbs, and you can also immediately scoop them up. This knife is enhanced with a cream coloured handle.
