This stunning Claude Dozorme champagne sabre is made by hand in Thiers, the heart of the French knife culture. The cutting board is made from oak, a sustainable and hard type of wood. Oak wood has a tough, dark-brown look, but because it is a natural product each product can look a little different. It matches the type of wood and makes every sabre unique. The handle is enhanced with a matching, yellow tassel. The blade is made from 50Cr15MoV-steel. Stainless, wear and tear resistant and definitely hard enough to sabre a bottle of champagne.
